Hopkins Hollow Helpers work day

Join Nearby Nature Milwaukee to help W**d and remove invasive species growing around the native plants we planted in June near the Hopkins Hollow trailhead.

High temperatures and consistent rain have juiced W**d growth at Hopkins Hollow. We would love to tackle some of the weeds and invasive species to make sure desirable plants can keep capturing sunlight and making food as we enter the second half of summer.

If you have your own work gloves, hand pruners, and/or loppers, please bring those. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for working around thistles and wild parsnip.
