Join us for gentle yoga and mindful movement.
Appropriate for all ages and abilities.
These classes will focus on the Joints and Glands exercises of the Himalayan Tradition, basic asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

August 9th, weather permitting, we will practice Walking Meditation outside with August 16th being our Rain Date.

Suggested donation $20.
