Full Sturgeon Moon

Join Senta on Saturday August 9th from 7–8:45pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for a Full Sturgeon Moon workshop. This full moon invites us to reflect with gratitude on the knowledge and growth we've cultivated over the summer and carry these insights into the fall season.

Rooted in the energy of the ancient sturgeon that symbolizie resilience, willpower, and adaptability, our gathering includes meditation, energizing and restorative movement, and time for reflection and intention-setting via a sankalpa/journaling/fire ceremony. Expect hands-on adjustments, mantra and pranayama too! We'll practice Moon Salutations, mudras reflecting element signs and energy shifts, and end with a deeply relaxing extended savasana, all by candlelight and soothing essential oils.

This unheated workshop is perfect for those looking to reconnect with what matters most to you. This moon impacts all zodiac signs; the energy is particularly potent for Leo (sun, fire sign) and Aquarius (moon, air sign). Others that might feel the energy shift of this full moon are; Taurus (earth sign) and Scorpio (water sign).
