Yoga on the beach with moving meditation.
We meet at 8pm during the full moon's rising. Bradford Beach Far North end of the sand. Beyond the volleyball nets. Street parking begins again. From the street there is a cross walk right in front of our spot on the sand.
Bring your friends, cash, blanket, outdoor yoga mat, towel, water bottle and playful spirit.
The August Moon brings us the "Sturgeon Moon" a time for an abundance of large fish found in the Great Lakes.
Everyone is welcome to join and listen and move their bodies to celebrate summer in nature.
Family and friends are welcome. The more the merrier.
August schedule: starting Thursday 8/7 a special Beach Bath Yoga Party with Tony Sturino's sound healing instruments and Cathy Stadler. Full Moon Beach Yoga continues with Cathy, Friday 8pm and Saturday 8:30pm.
