Yoga on the beach with moving meditation and an extra special sound bath with Tony Sturino.
His soulful presence will set a soothing energy for all to experience.
We meet at 8pm during the full moon's rising. Bradford Beach Far North end of the sand. Beyond the volleyball nets. Street parking begins again. There is a cross walk right in front of our spot on the sand.
Bring your friends, cash, blanket, outdoor yoga mat, towel, water bottle and playful spirit.
The August Moon brings us the "Sturgeon Moon" a time for an abundance of large fish found in the Great Lakes.
Everyone is welcome to join and listen and move their bodies to celebrate summer in nature.
Family and friends are welcome. The more the merrier. Cathy will be there to enjoy the full moon rising for the first time as a gift to receive. Thanks to Tony 🙏
