Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Acceptance
Join Becky for Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Acceptance at Healium Restore on Saturday July 19th, 10:30-11:45am.

No one is perfect, but the world would have us think we should be. We will work on a mindset shift that centers on the idea that humans are inherently flawed. We will write personal intentions to work towards accepting our messy flaws as a normal part of the human experience. When we lay down for the Nidra practice, we will envision a journey of self-acceptance.

All levels are welcome.
