A gentle journey inward to explore your inner child through breath, inviting joy, curiosity, and compassion. Description: "Join Carmen of Branches of Balance for a gentle breathwork journey inward. This month’s theme focuses on reconnecting with your younger self, inviting in joy, curiosity, and compassion through conscious connected breath. The session includes guided visualization, a Ho’oponopono-inspired meditation, and space to nurture the inner child within."

BEGINNER FRIENDLY
TEMPERATURE: 65 degrees

Please bring a water bottle, a journal + pen, an eye mask, and anything else that makes you feel cozy + grounded.
Plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.

CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
