It’s time for the battle of the beets, so boil up your best version of this Eastern European delight and bring it to the competition! Not a cook? Come sample the soups and help crown the 2025 champ!
We’re raising money for those affected by the war in Ukraine, and all funds raised will again go to Wisconsin Ukrainians, Inc., a 501c3 organization working to provide vital humanitarian aid by getting food, medicine, and other essential items to those in need.

• Voting closes at 3 p.m.; winners announced at 3:30 p.m.
• Winners of the best vegetarian borshch and best meat borsch take home the traveling trophies and bragging rights
