Women's Moon Circle - Honouring Your Inner Cycle

Join us for an intimate Women’s Circle at Soulitude Sanctuary, Milton — an evening of reflection, ritual, and restoration. Together, we’ll explore the beauty and power of menstrual awareness and the cyclical seasons of womanhood — from maiden to mother to wise woman.

We’ll be joined by guest facilitator, naturopath Mikaela Duffy, who will share insights on:

• Honouring menstruation and perimenopause as portals of transformation
