Which tickets should I buy?
That is a very good question. The World of Fae is designed so that you can participate in as much or as little as you like on either Friday or Saturday or both days. You can purchase a ticket just for the World of Fae Market. For those who like to dress up and get pictures in our many photo spots, we recommend a daytime ticket in the Enchanted Woods. If you want to experience the magic of the many hundreds of lighted flowers, illuminated trees, scenes and pathways we recommend the nighttime ticket for the Enchanted Woods. For the enthusiasts who want to do everything, we have All Access Passes. The All Access Pass allows you to come and go as much as you like on either Friday or Saturday or both days.
I heard there are timeslots for The Enchanted Woods. Can you explain this?
Yes, there are time slots for those who choose to buy a ticket during the day or at night. We have a limited number of tickets for every 15 minute timeslot. Once that timeslot is filled, we won’t let anyone else in during that time slot. The idea is to not overrun the woods at one time. If you have an All Access Pass, this does not apply to you as you can come and go as much as you like.
What are the hours?
The World of Fae Market is located inside the wedding venues of AEREA Premium Event Spaces at The Shoe Factory.
Hours:
Friday 5PM to 9PM
Saturday 10AM to 5PM
Enchanted Woods:
Friday 2PM to midnight
Saturday 10am to midnight
Is there a discount for children?
An adult can purchase a ticket for either the World of Fae Market or for The Enchanted Woods with the option to get up to two free tickets for children under 48 inches tall. If you bring more than 2 children under 48 inches tall, the additional children will need to have tickets. Children 48 inches or taller are regular admission pricing.
What if it rains?
The World of Fae Market is indoors so the weather won’t impact that at all. The Enchanted Woods will operate regardless of the weather so please wear appropriate footwear if the weather is rainy.
Can I get a refund?
We are sorry, once you have purchased your tickets there will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever.
When will the characters be there?
There will be characters present on both days in the Enchanted Woods but all booked characters will be present on Saturday. While a few characters may stroll through the Market from time to time, they are scheduled to be present in the Woods. ALL characters/entertainers will be with us on Saturday from 10AM to 6PM.
