SPA Yoga

End your day with self care & a complete break from your daily routines.
Slow down and take care of yourself in this 60 minute beginners friendly class.
Spa Yoga will be a slow flow & stretch class with lots of hands on assist, aromatherapy and candles. Students will leave feeling pampered and lighter.

Take the 7pm Flow Class before and stay for pampering in Spa Yoga for only $30!!
