Description
What if your body was not a temple to be perfected, but a compost heap, alive, fertile, and transforming with every season?
My body is a Temple Compost is a 6-week Yin Yoga and Nature Based Yoga Therapy program that invites you to honour stillness as fertile ground. Through long-held Yin postures, deep enquiry inspired by The Work That Reconnects by the dear Late Joanna Macey, and weekly art-as-therapy practices, you’ll learn to compost old patterns, rest in holding, and cultivate new seeds of possibilities.
This is an invitation to step out of the push-and-strive, and into the wisdom of cycles: breakdown, stillness, renewal. Together we’ll explore how the body itself carries this truth, teaching us that what feels stuck or heavy may in fact be transforming beneath the surface.
Innately, the body knows, and we have all the tools available to us to honour it's wisdom, we just need to remember.
This program is offered in a hybrid format: you can join us in person within our warm community space, or participate online from the comfort of your own home. Both pathways offer weekly guidance, practices, and creative invitations to support you wherever you are. Whether gathered in circle or tuning in virtually, you’ll be part of the same shared journey.
