Mommy & Me Movement Workshop!

This 45 minute class will get you and your little one moving and grooving through bodyweight (or toddler-weight) exercises and movements! We'll have lots of fun with zero pressure on the little ones to participate. They can be held, follow along, or just watch while you get to do a workout, and then they get to play and move through an obstacle course.

For any grown-up and their little one(s). The $15.00 fee covers one grown-up and one child; if you have multiple kiddos you'd like to bring, please message us for sibling pricing.
