Join us at MBC to celebrate HH Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday 🎉

Morning Programme:
🧘‍♀️ 8:00-8:45am - Calm Abiding Meditation
💙 9:00-9:30am - Medicine Buddha Practice
�☕🍰 9:30-10:00am - Chai & Cake
📽️🙏 10:00-11:00am - Special teaching by His Holiness the Dalai Lama (screening)

We’ll begin with meditation and Medicine Buddha practice, share chai and cake together, then watch a beautiful teaching from His Holiness.

Families and children are warmly welcome and encouraged to attend.

Come for part, or stay for the whole morning.
