Guided Meditation - Relaxation

Come spend 25 to 30 minutes learning how to relax your body and mind through guided meditation

This is a donation-based event.
The suggested donation is $10.

you are welcome to sit on the couches or bring a mat to lay on the floor. we have a couple comfy. meditation chairs too!

This is for meditators of all levels. Even if you have never meditated before, this is for you!!

Can't "clear your mind"? No problem, you don't have to! Guided meditation is perfect for that.
