Fen Edge Orchestra concert at All Saints' Church, Cottenham

There is an orchestral concert upcoming on Saturday July 12th in All Saints Church by our local music group, the Fen Edge Orchestra. The wide-ranging programme features music from as far back as the late 17th century to the early 20th century and includes pieces by four composers - Giovanni Torelli (late 17th century), Johann Christian Bach (mid-18th century), Carl Weber (early 19th century) and English composer Gustav Holst (late 19th/early 20th century). This promises to be a real treat for lovers of classical music. Tickets can be bought on the door for £10 (cash or card) for adults, whereas entry for under-18s is free. Refreshments will be available, and proceeds will go towards the upkeep of the church building. If you enjoy classical music and would like to contribute to a good local cause, then a warm welcome awaits!
