Elemental Flow: Air & Water Sound & Reiki Healing with Leah Alves

As you move, Reiki Master and sound healer Leah Alves will weave in the healing vibrations of Koshi chimes and tuning forks, guiding you deeper into a state of calm and balance. Koshi chimes are delicate, melodic instruments tuned to the four elements, creating a soft and meditative sound that soothes the senses. Tuning forks are precise sound tools used to bring the body’s energy field back into harmony by emitting specific healing frequencies.

Together, these sound therapies—combined with Reiki energy—support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of inner renewal. Whether you're seeking to cool down physically or energetically, this class offers a sanctuary of movement, sound, and healing for your summer self.
