Sound Healing Chakra Journey: Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga w/ Loula & Kerry Ann

Join Loula and Kerry Ann for a 90-minute candlelit journey of movement, sound, and healing energy.
The evening will begin with an all-levels slow flow to gently open the body, followed by grounding restorative and yin postures. Reiki, energy healing, and hands-on assists will be offered throughout to support your release and renewal.
✨ Loula will fill the space with the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, guiding you through a chakra-balancing sound journey.
✨ Kerry Ann and Loula will take turns guiding the practice, weaving their unique gifts together for a truly balanced evening.
