Breakthrough Breathwork Experience with Be Well Center

In this powerful Breakthrough Breathwork Experience, Laura Grangeia, Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, will lead us through a session designed to help you release what’s weighing you down and reconnect with your inner calm, clarity, and confidence.

In this live session, Laura will use music-driven, guided breathwork to quiet the noise of self-doubt, release stored stress and emotion, and open the door to deep insight and inner healing. You’ll be safely supported through each phase of the journey - no experience needed.
