In this interactive session, athletes will explore what it means to lead with inclusion, empathy, and authenticity both on and off the ice.Through guided discussion and hands-on activities, participants will strengthen the relationship between players and coaches, and uncover ways to build team environments where everyone feels valued and respected. Most importantly, athletes will get the opportunity to practice inclusive leadership — not just talk about it — and reflect on the kind of leader they want to be in the game and in life.
