Featuring a 4 Course Appalachian Dinner paired with Moonshine Samplings! Yay!

• Dish: Crispy fried green tomato slices layered with house-made pimento cheese and a drizzle of pepper jelly or hot honey.
• Moonshine Pairing: Peach Moonshine – the sweetness and fruitiness balance the tartness and saltiness of the tomatoes and cheese.

• Dish: Wilted Lettuce Salad is a classic Southern dish known for its warm bacon dressing that slightly wilts tender greens like leaf or romaine lettuce.
• Moonshine Pairing: Unaged Corn Moonshine (aka "White Lightning") – its clean heat complements the earthy ramps and creamy texture.

• Dish: Smoked Trout, Snap Peas and Signature Duchess-Style Baked Potato
• Moonshine Pairing: Apple Pie Moonshine – warming spices and apple notes enhance the fried apples and contrast nicely with the savory trout.

• Dish: Apple stack cake is an Appalachian tradition. It consists of many thin layers of sorghum-sweetened cake married together by a fragrant filling made from dried apples.
• Moonshine Pairing: Cinnamon Moonshine – the spice complements the sweet, apples and caramel richness.
