Ambient Sound Bath Flow & Restore Yoga w/ Ari

Join Kerry Ann and Boston Conservatory musician Ari for 75 minutes of meditative sound waves and ALL LEVELS yogic instruction.

This week, Ari El will be mixing traditional Indian sounds with synthesizers and beats, building a flexible soundtrack that will evolve throughout the class.

This of practice will leave the practitioner feeling deeply relaxed and fully surrendered.

Ari is a drummer and soundscape artist for the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and the Boston Ballet School. He has regularly been performing live with local jambands for over 13 years.
