Who’s walking with me this January? ��
I’m starting 2026 with a mission, and I’d love for you to be part of it! I’m taking on a challenge to walk 202,600 steps throughout January to raise vital funds for Age UK Milton Keynes.
Why 202,600? It’s a step for every part of the new year (202.6k!). It works out to about 6,500 steps a day—totally doable, even in the cold!
Why now?
January is often the loneliest month for older people in our community. By joining me, you aren’t just hitting your own fitness goals; you’re helping provide companionship and support to those who need it most right here in MK.
How to get involved:
Take the Challenge: Set your goal to hit 202,600 steps this month! You can track it on your phone or watch.

Walk together: I’ll be doing regular loops of Willen Lake and Campbell Park. Comment below if you want to join me for a "Social Step" session!
