Solo Connects offers singles a relaxed, pressure-free way to meet new people in a social setting—without the focus on dating.

Following the success of our speed dating event last week, we thought we'd roll this out for our over 50's event.
Speed Dating is TOTALLY optional, we ideally have 14 spaces for both men and women so they do need to be even.
We will get together upstairs in Bucks Star Brewery and then when the speed dating starts, we will invite those not taking part to pop to the bar downstairs for chatting and mingling.
Speed dating will take approx 1 hour. There will still be time at the end of the event to pop back upstairs and natter with the speed daters (and ask them how they got on).
This is just a bit of fun, but after it went so well last week, we thought we'd try it again.

Solo Connects is offering something different for single people in Milton Keynes. For people who are just a bit sick of swiping on dating apps and going on rubbish dates.
People are crying out for connection. And there's a ton of people who want to simply hang out with awesome people and do fun stuff together.
Of course, there is always the hope of finding love, but maybe, in creating a place for connection, the relationship will develop naturally.
Who is it for?
This event is specifically aimed at people aged over 50 (or a couple of years younger than 50) who would like to join our events to meet people of a similar age. We expect this event to be quieter and more chilled than some of our larger events.
But, it will still be lots of fun and we will make sure you move around the room and meet lots of different people.
What is included?
Entry into our singles event to meet 50 local single people. No drinks are included in this ticket. All of the ticket money goes towards building the Solo Connects UK community.

We are in a venue that's specifically for our group, but it is a public space. Please take care with your drinks and don't leave them unattended.
