� Public Consultation – Levante Gate Strategic City Extension
Residents are invited to attend a public consultation event regarding proposals for a major new residential development in the south of Milton Keynes.
Gallagher Developments are seeking views on plans for a residential-led scheme of approximately 1,250 new homes and associated facilities at the proposed Levante Gate Strategic City Extension site (south of the A5 and east of the A4146), identified within the emerging MK City Plan 2050.

• 3:00pm – 7:00pm: Open session for members of the public
Representatives from Gallagher Developments and the wider project team will be present to outline the proposals and answer questions.

The draft proposals currently include:

• A new primary school
• A local centre
• A mobility hub
• Public open space
• Sports pitches
