Art Exhibition: Art & Mind: A Journey Through Painting

The "Art & Mind" project was born from a blend of personal experiences, societal trends, and a deep desire to make a positive impact.

As an artist dedicated to mental health advocacy, Nosa Umaigba has seen firsthand how art can transform and help us understand mental well-being. This inspired him to create a platform that celebrates and shares the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression with a broader audience.

All exhibitions at Westbury Arts Centre are open to everyone and free to attend.
