4 Week Aikido Beginners Course

What is Aikido?
Founded in Japan, Aikido is a non-competitive martial art aimed at training the mind, body and spirit. Aikido “the way of harmony”, is an intense partner-based martial practice.

Who is it for?
We welcome everyone. If you are looking at trying something new, get in shape, or have trained in aikido or another martial art before. You are always welcome here.

We offer instruction in the practice of aikido and weapons.

It’s always a good time to try something new. If you're looking for a dynamic, and intense partner-based martial practice, Aikido is ideal as it is a non-competitive martial art aimed at training the mind, body and spirit.

Fridays 7-8pm // Aikido
