As we transition into the warmth of fall, join us for a serene escape at Mystic Power Yoga's Studio X. Our mindful events on Thursday, August 21 and Thursday, August 28 will guide you to anchor yourself in the present moment.

In these intimate, limited-capacity sessions, we'll explore breath work, meditation, and focusing exercises rooted in mindfulness and chakra work. Feel free to bring blankets or pillows to enhance your relaxation experience as we ground down together.
