Singing bowls relaxation
------------------------
We start with a short, centering meditation, followed by some gentle stretching to open the body, as the singing bowls begin to sing their song. You are then invited to lay down and be guided into deep relaxation and rest, while immersed in pure sound vibration.
We let go of the body, being held in a safe space of trust, as we allow for restoration, calm and peace to enfold us. Being supported by these loving sounds, we find space to be, and return to self.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring a pillow and blanket to be warm and more comfortable.
