The innerdance is an immersive sound experience that uses a powerfully crafted playlist, intuitive touch, voice, singing bowls and other instruments, to take you on a journey into dreamscape spaces.
The sounds and frequencies are designed to induce brain waves that mimic the 5 sleep stages, leading us to a wakeful REM dream state.
Here we activate our innate capacity for homeostasis, supporting our body's wisdom to restore itself, self-heal and find balance.
We begin lying down, relaxing and letting go into safety and singing bowl vibrations. The sounds then build up for us to break apart old systems, creating space for the authentic self.
It is an invitation to surrender into trust, to remember ourselves as parts of a whole, as energy in flow, as waves of electricity held together by magnetism, within the playground of time and space.
You are invited to come open-minded, to listen with your heart, ready to explore and flow with whatever may arise.
