For this next innerdance, the theme that has emerged is Timelessness.
Sometimes in the journeys, there is the experience that time warps, slows down, speeds up, stops, goes backwards.
In a construct of reality made up of time and space, what happens when we break time? If time is an illusion and there is no time, or perhaps there is all time, what is this perception of time and who are we when we are no longer bound by it?
The innerdance is an exploration into the dream space beyond time, where all is possible. The journey has the potential for us to experience who and what we are, beyond the sequence of past or future, holding us in a one moment of infinite presence.
Subtle waves of sounds and frequencies build us up to break us apart, to shatter and unlearn the timeline of story. It's from this zero-point that we can build again, sparking new neural pathways and receiving what's needed, in trust.
We begin lying down, relaxing into the singing bowls' vibrations. From here, the soundscapes are designed to induce brain wave states that lead us into REM state consciousness, activating our built-in ability for healing, homeostasis and regenesis.
Using a powerfully crafted playlist, supported by intuitive touch, voice, other instruments and sounding, we are taken on a journey towards timeless truth and innate self-knowing.
You are invited to come empty and open-minded, to listen with your heart and flow with whatever may arise.
