Slow Sunday: Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Reiki

Slow down and return to yourself through a combination of Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki on Sunday, July 27 at Legacy Equestrian LLC. After a guided meditation to help you land in this safe and nourishing space, you will be mindfully guided into a series of yin postures, which are then held for 2-5 minutes, supported by yoga blocks, gravity, and the Earth, to invite a softening and opening of your connective tissues. Reiki will be offered throughout the practice, particularly at the end, during a lengthy, restorative Savasana.
