About the event

Summer Solstice Sound Journey and Gong Bath
We are offering 2 sessions to come and celebrate the Summer Solstice: 5.30pm-6.45pm or 7.15pm-8.30pm.
As the sun pauses we are invited to pause too. We will connect with the earth and give thanks for the sun and all it’s qualities. Experience a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (guided relaxation/meditation) taking us deeper within, a place of stillness and peace. Be bathed in the transformational sound and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to release tension, to relax deeply bringing you back into balance. Give yourself time to simply be.
