I couldn’t resist putting this class on. What a great way to celebrate being an Aussie!
We are making all the classics and like all good classics, there are brilliant ways to make them and some not so good. There’s definitely some food lover tips in this class.

$185 per person and includes a complimentary glass or wine from my family’s vineyard. Might even have to crack a tinny! bahahaha!
Nothing says Australia like a classic meat pie. We’re going to make our own shortcrust pastry from scratch and it’s going to be delish! We’ll also make individual Cobb loaves, a classic and moorish dish that tickles the taste buds.
You can’t deny a good pav if you’re celebrating Australia day and there are some great techniques for making a pav that I can’t wait to share!
Lastly, the Lamington is one of those childhood memories that is easy to make and stays moist for many days so it’s a good family treat to make.
At the end of the day, we’ll laden the table with our colourful creations and feast on them together. So, bring a loved one or two, or come along on your own, and enjoy this class with me.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends, old and new, after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, tea or proper coffee upon arrival, and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class. All equipment and ingredients are provided, and a copy of the recipes used during the class are emailed to guests so that they can be recreated at home.
