About the event

Camp Lawton Tour

Meet at Camp Lawton History Center for a hike to Camp Lawton’s 160 year old earthen fort. Along the way we will discover more about this Civil War prisoner of war camp built to hold 40,000 prisoners. Admission to the History Center is included.
$5 (Ages 3 and under free) Registration is required in advance.
Please stop by the Visitor Center or call (478)982-1660 to register.
All programs and events are subject to change or cancellation. A $5 park pass is required for all events.
