Introduction to Reiki

During this introductory workshop, you'll:

Learn about Reiki (the energy) and Usui Reiki Ryoho (the system) - history, what it is, what it does, how it works

Discover the health and wellness benefits of Reiki

Find out what a session looks like - what to expect and what not to expect

Experience a guided meditation and receive Reiki from the instructor

Wrap up with a Q&A & discussion

Please bring your own yoga mat or a large towel. Participants are advised to hydrate well before and after the session.

Instructor Grace Burns has been a practicing Reiki Level II provider since 2022. She believes in the balancing of one’s personal energy, which has informed her work for over 30 years as a Social Worker in Dutchess County, where she resides.
