Anna Grace is a multidimensional creatrix, sacred feminine guide, and somatic healer devoted to the liberation, beauty, and wholeness of women.
She weaves together a tapestry of healing arts, womb healing, expressive arts therapy, energy work, polyvagal-informed somatic practices, yoni art therapy, and shamanic journeying to help women reclaim their voice, sensuality, creativity, and divine essence.
Anna Grace is a trained energy womb practitioner, bodyworker, and spiritual life coach who walks with the wisdom of the Earth and the mystery of the Rose. Her work is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in the nervous system, the womb, and the heart, where true transformation begins.
Through art, breath, ritual, and embodiment, Anna helps women transmute shame, awaken their inner Creatrix, and embody the sacred union of soul and body. She weaves together ancient and modern modalities, Usui, Holy Fire®, and Karuna Reiki, Family Constellations, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Sound & Acutonics®, Breathwork, and Qi Gong—to guide others into deep healing and alignment.
With over a decade of experience, Noreen holds a trauma-informed, heart-centred space where ancestral patterns, energetic imprints, and somatic memories can gently unravel. Her presence is deeply intuitive, grounded in embodied wisdom and the divine feminine.
Her work is rooted in devotion to the earth, the body, and the soul’s journey home.
As a Family Constellation Facilitator, she brings light to inherited wounds and helps reweave the threads of belonging. As a Magdalene priestess, she invokes the sacred lineage of love, mystery, and feminine resurrection in all she offers.
