Winter Solstice Candlelit Guided Meditation + Restorative

Join us for a restorative practice to Call on the Light Within. The dark days of winter lend themselves to fatigue, hibernation, and physical stagnation. Let’s come together and honor the pause. The Winter Solstice marks a shift in daylight, when we begin to emerge from the darkness back to light. On the shortest, darkest day of the year, we are urged to call on the light within.
