This Sunday at MCOG

Do you feel like you are running around daily, trying to get our check lists done, seeking to accomplish the next event or task. Does the business of life seem overwhelming? We set priorities based on what needs to be done, when it needs to done, and what seems most important. That is all good, but often our priorities are not in the correct order. We get all the business out of the way and then fit Jesus in as an afterthought. As a result, we lose peace, feel overwhelmed and often wonder what our purpose is. We need to remember our greatest priority in life and truly our greatest need is to pursue God. He is our source of peace, purpose, and abundant life. Through him our priorities change and so do our lives, for the better. When we spend time with Jesus and prioritize him we obtain the life and purpose that we were created for. On Sunday we will look at how to pursue God and live a life filled with his great love and purpose. Come on Sunday and begin pursuing God every day you won’t regret it!
