End of Summer Reading Party- Children's Department (Invitation Only)

We will be celebrating the end of summer reading on Aug. 16th from 12:00 - 1:30 pm in the Smith Room. Patrons who completed the Summer Reading Challenge 2025 will receive ice cream, a certificate, a free book, and a voucher for Shorebirds Tickets for the game on Aug. 24th. There will also be music and the bubble machine blowing bubbles for extra fun. The virtual raffle drawing will take place, but you don't have to be present to win. Your invitation for the party will be sent to the email address you provided to register for summer reading. Please enter through the Smith Room door as the children's library will be closed. We can't wait to see you for the celebration!

*This is an invitation only event for patrons who have finished summer reading by reading and logging 20 books. All books must be logged by Aug.9th as that is the last day of the Milford Public Library summer reading program. Patrons who completed part of summer reading will not receive an invitation.
