We are hosting a $20 Vaccine Clinic on Thursday, August 14 at Food Bank of Delaware in, Milford, DE from 11AM-2PM!

HOW TO REGISTER:
Your registration form is valid for ONE pet. If you plan to bring multiple pets, you must register each pet individually.
This clinic includes all services for $20 PER PET.

💉 Canine Distemper vaccine (DHPP)

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED for pre-registered animals only!
⭐️ Dogs should be on a regular (non-retractable) leash.
⭐️ Cats need to be in a cat carrier.
⭐️ Any proof of current vaccinations is helpful but not necessary.
⭐️ We do not require proof of financial status or residency.
Our team will arrive for set-up at 10AM and the clinic will begin promptly at 11AM. For the safety of your pets, please stay in your car until line-up for registered guests begins at 10:30AM. You must arrive no later than 1:30PM, to ensure our team has time to see your pet!
