As humans, we are constantly seeking balance and answers. The answers are within, but you need to look and dig deeper to find them. If you feel ready to dive deep into your energetic anatomy to find them, then this w/shop is for you :)
In this very hands-on workshop, you will learn a range of Chakra health techniques that will focus on alignment and self-connection so you can be more authentically yourself and also create the life you desire.
Chakra health = happiness, joy, clarity of perceptions, , self-trust, peace, open clear communication, self- love, great physical health, healthy self esteem and the list goes on +++
Chakra malfunction or blockage = headaches, nightmares, exhaustion, sluggish, anxiety, depression, confusion, infertility & the list goes on and on… even physical issues & pain are related to chakra malfunction
In this discovery workshop I will be using the crystal singing bowls, inspirational music, voice and other techniques for you to easily center, cleanse and protect your energy body as we take the time and create space to listen to our bodies.
Practicing and applying techniques for healthy, vibrant Chakras, are the foundations for the happiness, joy and freedom that comes through your chakral body.
The course will cover but not be limited to the following:
• Chakra & aura anatomy and the wisdom they hold
• how to “create a space” to connect with each chakra
• feeling, seeing, sensing (tuning in) your own chakras & another person’s chakras with the support of the crystal singing bowls vibrations meditation
• communicating with chakras to understand what your body is asking for, to be balanced – finding the answers within
• Healing strategies for each chakra - balancing & igniting your chakras
• A chakra balance using the power of healing stones, color
therapy, aromatherapy, sacred sound & chant
• And more…..
