Join us for a gentle, healing Yoga for Grief session designed to support those navigating loss. This outdoor yoga class will be led by Johanna of Lizard Toes Yoga, who brings warmth, compassion, and experience to this mindful practice.
This special event is held in support of Camp Koala, a nonprofit organization providing grief support for children and teens. To attend, we kindly ask that you bring either:
– A monetary donation, or
– An item from
Whether you are actively grieving or supporting someone who is, this space is for you. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to connect.
Let’s breathe, stretch, and heal—together.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, and dress comfortably for outdoor movement.
