About the event

10th Annual Kids Fishing Derby
As always, our 10th Annual Kids Fishing Derby will be held on the First Saturday of May, which is May 3, 2025 beginning at 8:00 am at The Forest House Hotel 3 Ponds.

Our family & community tradition continues to yet another wonderful year of ponds stocked with up to 500 fish ranging up to nearly 25 INCHES... including, tagged cash fish, Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout, Brown Trout, and of course several Tiger / Golden Trout! (and someone always finds the catfish that have been here!)

We will stock our ponds on Thursday May 1, 2025 beginning around 5:30 pm. There will be no fishing from Thursday until Saturday at the start of the event. Kids up to 13 years old are welcome to fish and after 12pm, it is open for all to fish!

Our event is also ALWAYS FREE including FREE food, FREE Drinks, FREE Snacks, FREE Trophies, LOTS of FREE Prizes and lots of fun to be had!!
