On August 23rd, Jessamine County Arts is joining forces with our local arts community, public schools, and Broadway/television stars to bring you a magical evening full of musical theatre at Equus Run Vineyards!
Join us as Broadway's MARY KATE MORRISSEY (Wicked, Mean Girls, Hair), JOHN CARDOZA (The Notebook, Moulin Rouge, Jagged Little Pill), NOAH J. RICKETTS (The Great Gatsby, Frozen, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), and COURTNEY REED (Aladdin, Moulin Rouge, Mamma Mia) bring a slice of NYC to the Bluegrass.
Love, Broadway, under the direction of Austin Vahle along with Jessamine County Arts' Amy Harrod is rounded out with a featured ensemble including local adult talent and JCS alumni, Courtney Hausman, Emillie Bornelus, Hatcher Teague, Kelli Jo Summers, Addison Adams, Dione Napier, Wesley Nelson, Jackson Becker, Elanor Morris, Ben Ingram, Jaila Yeast, Jayden Bowman, and Elena Guerra. Local Youth and Teens from across the Commonwealth will complete the Love, Broadway Company.
Love, Broadway is a benefit concert with two purposes: 1.) Provide performance and coaching opportunities for local artists to work and share with industry professionals, and 2.) to raise funds to support arts programming in Jessamine County Schools and Nicholasville, KY!
