Evening of relaxation and calm

Come join me for a group meditation session. This will be a general session to release stress and bring calm to the body, mind and spirit. Please dress comfortably. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. Please DM me for the details. Class size is limited to 6 people. First come first serve. $10 per person.
