This immersive workshop is a core module of our flagship nine-month program in Shamanism and Healing. Over the past 14 years, we've developed and refined the principles that underlie every healing journey we facilitate — whether with individuals or groups, through plant medicine, coaching, or other modalities.
In this module, we go behind the scenes of what truly makes healing work work. We’ll explore the art and science of building a safe, grounded, and potent container — one that allows the deepest fears, traumas, and emotions to rise and be held without judgment or agenda.
Much of what we teach has been gifted to us by the extraordinary souls we've worked with. It's the result of thousands of journeys into the unknown — sometimes volatile, always sacred — and the deep listening required to understand what safety truly means for another human being.
I remember a pivotal moment when I realized: The safer the container, the deeper the release. But what really constitutes safety? How do we create the conditions for someone to surrender fully, courageously, and truthfully?
For me, holding space has become a spiritual practice. Now that I’ve learned the basics, I know this will be a lifelong path — continuously refining how to create spaces where people can meet parts of themselves they thought were out of reach.
This workshop is for you if:
🌿 You work with others in healing, therapeutic, or transformational spaces — or feel called to
🌿 You’re ready to deepen your understanding of safety, presence, and non-judgment
🌿 You want to bring container work into your personal life — your relationships, family dynamics, or parenting
🌿 You know you’re here to walk with others through difficult terrain, not just as a vocation, but as a way of being
Holding space is not just a technique — it's an act of love.
It’s what allows people to face what once felt unbearable, and discover the parts of themselves that have always been whole.
If you’re ready to peek behind the curtain and learn what truly makes someone a profound holder of space — join us.
You’ll walk away with both practical tools and a renewed sense of reverence for the sacredness of this work.
