This is a joint project between three friends who are all in the field of transformation. Tamara Carter is an intimacy and embodiment specialist. Nathan Raaths is a contemporary shamanic facilitator. Washington Mugariri is a respected song weaver, muthi medicine man, and space holder whose work bridges ancient African wisdom with global spiritual traditions.
Despite our different skills and specialties, we each have over 12 years of experience working with sacred medicines like Ayahuasca, psilocybin, and MDMA therapy. We will help you design and choose the perfect medicines you will use in your retreat to unlock the healing potential you most ache for. It certainly is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

This synergy was born over a decade of asking certain questions: How do we keep people absolutely safe and empowered while they dive into their own shadows? How do we help them implement their breakthroughs into their lives? And lastly, how do we prepare someone to be fully embodied and ready to receive the mystical gifts given in full confidence during these rituals?
This weekend is our joint creation in response to the questions we have held throughout our careers.

Tamara has been serving psilocybin for over a decade but considers her specialty to be MDMA therapy. His journey into spiritual service began after a life-changing plant medicine experience that awakened his calling. From that moment, he committed to walking alongside others in their healing journeys, supporting vision quests and facilitating powerful rites of passage. As a Daimista in the Santo Daime tradition, Washington channels the sacred vine through music and prayer, merging structure with spirit, and guiding people through the depths of healing with humility and grace. I’m not your typical healer, but my unconventional path has made me highly effective. It took me over a decade to accept my calling, often doubting myself. Yet, each time I was ready to quit, I experienced breakthroughs with clients that reinforced my purpose.
My personal suffering has prepared me to understand the depths of despair. I made a promise to myself during my darkest times to help others find the courage, acceptance, and love they need to heal. For the past 13 years, I've been dedicated to this mission. I specialize in working with individuals who are deeply hurt and struggling. My role is in spiritual crisis management, guiding clients through their most challenging moments until they no longer need my help.
I help facilitate the spaces of death and rebirth in people’s lives, blending my love for God, the wisdom from my own experiences, and a promise I made to myself. I often receive inner messages and guidance on how to help those who come to me.
If you think you can't be helped, I’d be honored to try. My heart lies with the black sheep, the way showers, the mind expanders. I hope to be a light in the darkness when you need it most. I founded the Mad Hatters Contemporary Shamanic Community and co-founded Wake Circle. I’ve also studied combat arts most of my life, earning a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, among others. My specialties are Ayahuasca, psilocybin, and MDMA therapy.
