With deep gratitude and quiet excitement, I invite you to join me on a three-month journey of inner integration, deep remembrance, and gentle transformation.
This offering is something I hold very close to my heart. It is born from my own path—one shaped by years of searching, healing, and slowly returning to a place of inner peace and authentic expression. This work, particularly with M-therapy, has shifted the very fabric of how I experience life… and the woman I know myself to be within it.
For so long, I lived with anxiety, fear, and a constant undercurrent of control—believing these were simply parts of being a woman in the world. I performed strength while quietly yearning for softness… for wholeness… for nourishment.
Through this work, something in me began to exhale. I found a way of being that allows for trust and surrender, for softening into the moment and welcoming life as it unfolds. A way of being where I no longer need to strive or prove—only to receive, respond, and co-create.
I now offer this path to other women who feel the stirrings of this same yearning.

The 3-Month Journey Includes:
This is a carefully held and deeply supportive process that weaves together therapeutic tools, sacred ceremony, and ongoing integration support. It is offered in a small, intimate group of just 5 women—ensuring that each participant is seen, heard, and supported throughout. 3 In-Person M-Therapy Ceremonies.
Held at Sanctuary of the Heart (One per month)
Each month, we will gather in ceremony for a full-day M-Therapy session.
• Saturdays will be our ceremony day, beginning with therapeutic preparation, intention setting, and somatic grounding practices.
• Sundays are for integration—gentle reflection, nourishment, and sharing before returning home.
These retreats are designed to create a sacred, spacious container where your healing can unfold with compassion and care.
Weekly 1:1 Online Integration Sessions
These private sessions offer a place for you to land each week—supporting your emotional processing, deepening insights, and helping integrate the experiences from ceremony into daily life.
Through talk therapy, somatic techniques, and intuitive guidance, we’ll stay closely connected to your unfolding journey.
Monthly Online Women’s Circle
Once each month, the group will gather online for a shared integration circle. These are sacred spaces to witness and be witnessed, to share breakthroughs and challenges, and to be reminded that you are not alone.

The Sanctuary of the Heart
Our in-person sessions will be held at Sanctuary of the Heart, a serene and welcoming space designed to support deep inner work. This is a space where your story is honoured, your pace is respected, and your unfolding is held in trust.
Availability & Commitment
This intimate container is limited to 5 women.
It is intentionally small, so that each participant can be supported in a way that feels safe, sacred, and personal.
To honour the depth of this process, a brief conversation will be required. This ensures that the space is right for you—and that you are ready for what this journey may bring.
