Stony Point Mall Walkers Kickoff

We’re so excited to introduce Stony Point’s Mall Walker program – kicking off on August 12th, from 8:30 – 10am, continuing every second Tuesday of the month! Please meet at the entrance by the dog park, near RH! 🚶‍♀️💪♥️

The first walk will include breakfast bars, waters, and snacks – as well as $2 to-go coffees from Eggspectation, and special coupons + giveaways! 😏🎁

Every walk will include a brief 10-minute health talk, demonstration, or movement with Anytime Fitness RVA prior to walking. For example, a discussion regarding heart health, chair yoga, etc. 🧘‍♀️

One lap around the interior of the property is ¾ of a mile. Mile markers will be located throughout the center for reference, as well as a physical Mall Walkers map that you can grab!
